The N-3B Snorkel Parka was developed by the military for flight crews to use in extreme cold weather and is mainly issued to crews assigned to troop transports, bombers and helicopters. These oversized parkas will keep you warm on the ground or in the air.
With a water-repellent nylon outer and warm poly fiber fill lining, these snorkel parkas will keep you warmer than a shorter jacket or parka. And when the cold wind blows, you'll be glad to have the N-3B's drawstring hood with faux coyote fur. The parka also features four front pockets plus a sleeve pocket. Important Sizing Note: These N-3B parkas are over-sized, especially in the adult sizes. Unless you are looking for a fashionably over-sized parka, we suggest ordering one size smaller than you normally would. If you are on the border line, order two sizes smaller. Ladies, please do not order a men's small and expect it to fit unless you are at least a tall size 12 with relatively long arms. |
