These packages are available in two or three servings per person per day. We recommend the three servings per day options. Chances are that during a disaster or recovery from an emergency you will be working hard or burning calories to keep warm, and you will want more food than you normally consume. We recommend that you buy more than you think you will need. We also recommend that you never rely on a single package or plan but use it as a foundation for your emergency storage plan. We recommend that meat eaters add MRE entrees, canned meats, or other storage products to any of these packages.
