This Tobago Large Pack from Voodoo Tactical is a great piece of equipment that competes with the CamelBak BFM and similar packs that sell for more than $200. Honestly, we think this is a steal at this price. It has all sorts of clever accouterments and extra touches, such as Velcro covers for the hydration tube passage and tie down straps in the main compartment.
The pack itself is 20" x 19" (at the widest point) x 12" with two large pockets on the back and two additional pocket on each side. If that isn't enough space, you can add to it using the many attachment points for use with MOLLE compatible pouches and ALICE gear. It also features internal pockets, two radio pouches and room for two hydration bladders of three liters each (you can add more hydration carriers in the main compartment or externally, if you wish). The thickly padded adjustable shoulder and sternum straps can be removed to convert the pack to a carry-all by using the top and side nylon carry handles. Fully covered zippers with pulls, bottom bedroll loops and side compression straps to secure your load.
The pack is surprisingly comfortable under heavy loads, with body-contoured shoulder straps, a sternum strap with lumbar support and a waist belt. It has an aluminum and polymer internal frame to add structure and also has individual back panels to promote maximum air flow, keeping you cooler.

This MOLLE compatible pack splits the difference between our small assault pack and our larger Tobago bag, providing a good deal of carrying capacity in a straight-forward, comfortable design that maximizes the available volume.
At 19" x 15" x 8" with two main compartments and two large pockets, this pack is plenty big enough for most activities in the field. But if you need to haul more gear, you wil find it is covered with MOLLE webbing attachment points, or PALs, so that you can add more pouches. It even has them on the bottom so you can attach bedding. The waist belt provides even more attachment points and is perfect for hanging a first aid kit, magazine or other pouches.
As you would expect, it has a built in compartment for your hydration bladder (sold separately) and your choice of three hose exit positions. It has a heavy duty rubber drag handle and the back is compression molded and contoured for the maximum comfort against your back. The wide straps are cushioned and offer additional attachment points. This enhanced Level III MOLLE compatible assault pack (18"h x 10"w x 10"d) is perfect when you don't want to lug around a full Tobago assault pack. With less than half the cubic inches of our larger assault pack, you will find it is the perfect size for when you want to travel light, such as a one-day or overnight excursion. This pack is designed to compete head-to-head with the BlackHawk Hydrastorm STRIKE Tsunami and similar hydration packs, but at a fraction of their $100+ list price. It even features a molded back panel to promote air flow and provide long-term wearing comfort. It's a great hydration pack for both tactical and sport uses.
The hydration compartment is accessible through a large zipper and is designed to hold a 2.5 liter bladder, tube and bite valve. The pack measures 17" x 10" x 3" and the two pockets allow you to carry a decent amount of gear. You can add more thanks to the generous number of MOLLE and ALICE compatible attachment points. All the bi-directional zippers have zipper pulls and the compartments have drains.
