We think this MOLLE compatible Tactical Vest compares very favorably with the Blackhawk STRIKE Omega vest. Our MOLLE compatible vest is an excellent foundation for your MOLLE system. It is packed with MOLLE compatible attachment points, or PALS, plus strategically positioned D-rings for other gear. It has padded left and right shoulders with a non-slip surface to help secure your rifle’s butt, making it a suitable fire platform from the strong or weak side. Thanks to adjustable lacing, it will fit sizes from medium to at least XL, which is a chest of about 36 to 50 inches. The vest also has a heavy duty zipper, two quick-release buckles, and an emergency drag handle on the back. Inside, there’s a mesh zippered map pocket and utility pockets.
This vest is available plain (left photo), so you can pick an add your own MOLLE compatible pouches, hydration system and other gear, or with our standard eight pouches (center and right): M4-double ammo pouch (for M16 or AR-15 mags), AK-47 double mag pouch, Shotgun ammo pouch, double pistol mag pouch, Radio pouch, gas mask pouch and utility pouch. Additional pouches are available below.

M.O.L.L.E. Compatible Plate Carrier Vest

This is a common piece of tactical gear designed primarily to hold ballistic plates for military or law enforcement personnel. It includes padded pouches specifically designed to hold plates up to 10" x 13", and the plates are easy to insert thanks to ample use of Velcro fasteners. Can also also be used with soft body armor, but it's primary purpose is as a plate carrier.
Of course this carrier does not offer any ballistic protection – you must include your own plates and/or body armor inserts.
This vest fits people up to size XL. It fits most commercially available body armor up to size XL. If you need 2XL, we recommend our Voodoo Tactical FAST vest in size XL/2XL.
